One Page Simple Strategy Planning Live Session

A simple One Page Strategy Plan is a synopsis of your present issues needing outcomes, where you want to be at the outcome and what YOU need to do to get there.
It's also a short, sharp feasible way to record the outcomes of your planning.
Julie will walk you through the steps on creating this powerhouse-page so that you can complete your strategy with confidence!
This one page document has the following:

Your Current Analysis
Capture your current issue/s in 3 or 4 points.

You Vision
What do you want the outcome for each issue to be? What are your key metrics/goals to measure your success with the outcome?

Strategy
What are the key strategies you need to do in the next 3/6/12 months? Do a quick SWOT for each.

Activity Plan
List about 3 or 4 of the most important “to-dos” you MUST do to achieve your Strategy’s outcome.

Deadlines
List when you want to achieve the result and who is responsible for each “to-do”. These should be in priority order and are critical for accountability.
